Soft or hard? Looks like redwood burl. Nice. I have found some great wood scraps discarded at campgrounds! Good job!

Could someone been camping out before or after a craft show and lost one?Or using their perceived junk projects for the camp fire???Sad cause it looks good from here.

@Arookar: It was fairly soft. I don’t believe we have redwood here in Utah. It was near pine, poplar and aspen.
@htl: I found the raw wood and I did the turning. I added another photo of the “before.”
