This was an 8’x12’ backyard shed I built back in February. Nothing special about this one. I left therafter tails exposed to match the house instead of using soffit and fascia. I reccomended building bigger, but homeowner decided against it. After a matter of days, the shed was full and the homeowner wished they had built bigger. My advice on sheds, always go at least 2’-4’ wider and 4’-6’ longer than you think you need.

That would be the quality of the camera on my phone and the saw dust on the lens.

I have just started building an 8 X 12 shed in my backyard. I think that it will be large enough. I checked with the city and as long as it’s less than 100SF, I don’t need a building permit. Otherwise, they want blueprints, etc…
Thanks for posting.
