This is from leftover 4×4 mahogany that I didn’t use for my handrail project, turned and finished with three coats of tung oil finish.

Hmm, I have a lignum Guaicum Log, but No Lathe yet. I made a square peg mallet. Check it out.
Do you think Lignum vitae is crazy hard to turn? Beautiful mallet I’d be afraid to use it. Like mine- ha
I use only for banging joints into place. Nice Job
