I built a jig to do the KEHOE dovetail on the corner. Not done by anyone else thatt i know of.

Lovely box and very creative idea. I too look forward to seeing more about the jig; how you made it and how it works.

Well i am puzzled about what to do.I was hoping Kehoe would still be in business and they could take this
simple design and sell it with the kit.I have sent pictures to rusty nail but haven’t been able to connect with
him yet. The jig (3 ea pieces of wood) wood be simple to make But the top guide plate will have to be made
on a bridgeport mill. I have made several guide plates But I used 1/2” for the basic slot width,and built all
my jigs. I don’t know what Kehoe used to base the slot width. I could make some guide plates but i would
need someone that has a kehoe jig and dial calipers so that i could make the slot in the guide plate match
your kehoe jig. I am not able to add pictures to this post.
