Shed barn doors

Project by HenryH posted 130 days ago 409 views 0 times favorited 2 comments Add to Favorites Watch

These are new barn doors for my shed.(formerlly a pigeon coop)
The old door opened in and was narrow. These are wide and open out. I use it for the mower and garden tools and wood storage.
Tongue and groove 5/8 Cedar untreated from Lowes. Expensive but its what I needed.
I made the handles and bolt out of cherry just to give it a handcrafted touch.
Anyway I can get the lawn mower out but it still smells a little like pigeon shi!.

what a difference!! You did a great job. The handles and bolt are wonderful additions to the project.
