Rustic Pine Sofa Table

Project by George posted 149 days ago 553 views 1 time favorited 10 comments Add to Favorites Watch

Rough Sawn Pine sofa table with ebony stained apron, Breadboard ends and contrasting square plugs in the breadboard ends. I was not too happy with the draw side apron I tried constructing it apron with multilpe boards it looked fine untill I stained it and the seams came throuh to much. Next time I do with one piece and cut out the draw area.

I think it looks pretty darn nice. The apron gives some contrast and the top looks fantastic.

Nice piece. I don’t mind the seam in the apron.

Nice table. I would have never have thought to use pine and ebony together. It almost seems contradictory, but the end result is beautiful.
