Very cool. The hinge is really slick. I would like to see a bit about how you made them.

very nice, know a friend starting his gym equiptment business and could use a card holder to help look more official. i agree with the others that a tutorial would be great, please. also one question is there a latch of some sort to keep the hinge closed?
