My first attempt at a Celtic Knot, the knot came out great but a little fit issue on the pen. the pen is in Bloodwood with a Maple knot. Overall, I was pleased with the look.

Nicely executed Neil – clearly not a 15 minute pen.

lol, no it wasn’t. It was actually about 3 hours of work to get the cutting and glue up done, plus another hour to unglue my fingers from every thing. Then I finally got to turn it.

I really like the color contrast between the knot and pen. The knot looks Great!!

Nice looking pen. I would love to see the original glue up.

Neil, this is a really nice pen. The celtic knot adds a nice visual appeal to this pen and you chose a nice set of complimentary woods for its construction.
