My recovery from shoulder surgery has gone far enough that I can begin making serpentine blanks and turn pens again.

These are a couple of Zens. Curly White Oak with Walnut veneer and Walnut with Maple & Mahogany veneers. Feels good to be turning again.

I share your pain. I am recovering from a bad fall, took out right shoulder and ribs. Keep turning

This is a really interesting pattern. I would be interested in seeing the blanks before turning them.

Beautiful.

Pretty sure I don’t have to tell you but, do the therapy. I never got mine back even though I was adamant about it.
