As a few of you know I have made a few boards and live in Southern California. Well every-time I get a cool board finished one of my Surfer Buddies buy it. I keep saying No, this is mine. However they offer me such a good price that we all know as woodworkers, ok it’s yours.

Back to the shop I go.

This one is a copy of a surf Board I had living in Hawaii that didn’t make it through the crash in the coral. Ooooppps.

Revenge Trucks, Sector 9 Wheels, Bearings are Reds & Grip is Lucid 2 part recycled glass.

Board is Indian Rosewood, Mahogany and Hard Maple

Thx for looking.

Hey Ken! You have been a busy dude in the shop. I love this board! Great job. I have been enjoying my boards but not as much as I would have liked. As you know, life gets busy and play time has to take a second seat.

Beautiful board but money comes first right .
You can make another for yourself and hide it well .LOL

Nice! If you really want to ride, just make one pig ugly, and your buds will leave that one to you. Sadly, even a scraggly horse can find a scraggly bush, as the saying goes. Maybe a 2”X4” with some steel wheels? I had one of those in the early ‘60s, and the leg scars to prove it.

Obviously you have a better handle on using the wood brand than I do….lol. Cool project buddy. One question, how did you texture the top???

That is good work. Very beautiful board. How thick is it? I’ve always wanted to make one.

Cool – - is it flat or does it have camber from front to back?

Built one with my youngest in 2012 which was a vac bag lamination over a form.
