Rustic Coffee Table

This is a rustic coffee table I made my wife for our first anniversary. It is made from cedar privacy fence panels. I called a local fence builder and asked if he had any privacy fence he had recently taken down and needed rid of. His reply was where do you live and if you can help me unload them you can have them. So I have a pile of free wood.

Enjoy!

Great use of recycled wood. What else is in the works?

I have made one end table to go with it, with another one in the works. I am also going to make some bird houses out of it.

I wish your photos were larger, so I can appreciate your work better. From what I can see, it turned out nicely.

What a great find buckskin. You should be building projects for awhile now with that lumber.

Sounds like you are all set for the Garden Project category, just need to assemble the “sticks” into something.
