A client wanted a new “Desk Top” – Specs were make it big and unique in design and wood, 2 1/8” slab with a nigh live edge – found a really nice tiger-stripped piece for the legs – it compliments the cabinetry and floors in his new home well. On a tool note….This is the first project I’ve used a Festool Domino on – if you are on the fence about the Domino, get it! – Glue-up was the easiest I’ve ever had, the lineup of the joints and ends was just remarkable….just saying, this tool was worth the cost for my shop.
