I got a CNC router this spring and began a long learning process filled with several errors. We have had 3 weddings this year and that gave me the good chance to practice. I definitely am pleased with the results now that I have gotten the hang of the design, cutting, and finishing process. Credit goes to my wife for the idea so she got the first one :)

Simple but profound! Our 50th will be next August!

Is the lettering engraved?
Did you use a router, Laser, CNC.

Very nice. I’ve been coveting a cnc router for a while. When I see nice work like this it makes me want one that much more.

It’s amazing what people can accomplish with these new CNC machines. It creates many more possibilities to make things. Nice work. :)

Thanks everyone! These signs are routed with my CNC and the lettering painting with Marsh Stencil Ink (doesn’t bleed into the grain like paint). And John, get one! Haha, they definitely extend your capabilities so much and mine was the push I needed to get started doing this hobby as a bit of a side business. And sskwoodcraft, I agree, my stuff pales in comparison to some of the 2.5D projects people are creating, but hopefully will get there, if nothing, CNC creates another skillset to learn and that is always fun :)
