Here’s an entertainment center that I built to fit into a small corner of the living room. The cabinet was constructed with 45 degree angles on the back corners so that the center could be nested into the corner of the room. The outer covered compartments house some box speakers – these are accessed by removing a speaker cloth covered frame. The center area houses the stereo and TV components and is covered with a tinted glass door. The materials used were maple ply with maple edging. A java colored gel stain was applied with a few coats of poly on top.
Enjoy and all comments are welcome.

I really like the sleek, modern look of it. Nice color, too.

Nicely done. I wish I had incorporated a glass door into mine so my 2 yr old son wouldn’t play with the buttons on the stereo and TV receiver (at least until he figured out the glass door).

Very well done. I also like the design and color.
