Were the squares out of square? That too can be fixed. I love old tools, just kinda knocked the wind out of me when I realized the squares were now shingles instead of squares of shingles. Ok, bad pun, as are most puns. Guess they gotta be used for something. Good looking project and tight dovetails.

Waiting on carpet installation until the owners move in. They might want to pick out the color. I prefer hardwood!

Shrub, I withdrawal any earlier concerns. Looking at your other posted projects this fits into the theme and a great application of the reuse part of reduce, reuse, recycle. I like the theme of your birdhouses. It really shows some creativity. NO criticism was intended. Later, BTKS
