Plans for this project came from Laney Shaughnessy.

When a friend who is a little ‘shaky on his pins’ paid a visit to test out a shop made lathe duplicator we borrowed a folding metal stool for him. I thought about buying one but kept reading reviews that they are not very well made and thought I would make one instead. Looking for ideas I came across Laney’s version.

A simple project with only 12 parts but it turned out decent and will serve the purpose.

Thanks to Laney for his assist.

Nice job Bill. I like the out of the way when not in use idea, it looks like it will stow just about anywhere.
