This puzzle was made from a painting by the Grand Rapids, Michigan artist, Charles Allen LaRue. The puzzle is about 27 by 18 inches and just shy of 500 pieces. I cut the artist’s name into the puzzle, too.

People seem to like the abstract nature of the pieces in this.

Pretty cool!!!!!!!!!
I bet it would be a big seller if you took people’s family pictures and did the same thing with puzzle pieces spelling out the individual member’s name.

ohwoodeye,
I do offer that service, but I can’t get many takers. Most of my work goes to family and friends. I’ve worked to develop some craftsmanship, but that is less challenging than trying to find buyers for the work.

I pay to play and I guess that’s the way it’s gonna be. I’ve made hundreds of puzzles, many with the features you describe, but few will pay the price I need to cover expenses and make it worth my time.

Have a great day.
