I made this for my girlfriend for Christmas. I was a couple weeks late on giving it to her. it is curley quartersawn white oak and purple heart. i lined the drawers with velvet. on the right side i made a slide out framed screen for her to hang her ear rings. on the right i put necklace hangers. the top opens up for whatever. the size is about 24” wide by 20” tall by 14 deep. at first she didn’t like the purple heart breadboard ends but once i finished it she loved it. i finished it boiled linseed oil then shellac.

Nice! I like the look of a traditional cabinet downsized.

That is something else. The character of the oak is really striking.

Had to favorite this. Truly amazing. Great style and looks like it would hold a lot of jewelry. I think it could be adapted for many uses also.

Brad, another outstanding piece. The wood selection really sets it off.
