This clock was a cut off from the tree that I I cut to get the lining for the walnut and oak blanket chest. After I had fell the tree and looked at the but end of it I saw the the image of this clock in my head. This is the first time that I have tried to anything like this, was a pretty fun little project. I have set and looked at this slab in my shop for a little over a year now waiting for it to dry.I did learn one thing from this project. superglue and epoxy do not mix well. when you look at the photo you can see some white lines on the face that is where the superglue was. Hope you enjoy the pics and all comments are welcoome.
