This is my very first intarsia project.I forget the designer but it was in woodworks and crafts mag.I cheated a little and used mostly oak and stained it ,but there is some aspen, and bloodwood in there. -- steve with Grains Of Passion woodworks

Great job. The stain seems to have worked for you. The coloring is fine.
