I have been working on a picture that is turning out to be very difficult for me. I needed to do something to take a break from it. I wanted to do this eagle for a while so I did it.

It is a Steve Good pattern, done with 1/2” black walnut.

Thanks for the comments. Might add this is the first thing I have cut with my new to me Hegner 22VS. It is a great saw for this kind of cutting.

Nice one works real well, I do like black walnut for scrollsaw work.

Nice cutting Paul. Haven’t seen you around much, still working on the Viking Warrior? And a new saw in the shop too. Looking forward to the end of the month, when we go home and I’ll be back in the shop. Again great cutting as always, enjoy that Hegner.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments.

Mike, yes still cutting away on the Viking. It is a tough one for me. I’m about 2/3’s done on my second try.
