Every September I build a Project and donate it to the United Way Campaign at my Work. This year I decided to build my Modified Adirondack Chair design chair. (See pic of unfinished leg and seat structure). The Normal Adirondack chair sits low and the Older Crowd has difficulty getting in and out of them. This leg design makes it EASY to get into and out of the chair. I decided to paint it in my Beloved OSU Cowboys Orange and Black colors and apply WaterSlide decals to the chair. I seal it all with UV protecting Clear Coat. I hope it makes a lot of money at the auction!!

Beautiful way to help someone. It make all happy – those who receive it and for you who made it.

Never seen an OSU Adirondack before—nice work!

I hope it brings a nice sum for a worthwhile charity—and some Oklahoma State fan’s gonna love this thing!

Posted this to my website and already got 5 orders for chairs. Think it’s gunna be a hit!!! By the way. ALL of my projects are made from Re-Cycled Crates that I get from the Alleyways and loading docks locally. Only cost to me is Glue, filler, Screws and Paint.
