This is my most ambitious project to date. Took me about nine months start to finish with the bit of time I could lend it here and there. Most of the construction is mango with but I used maple for the raised panels. Drawers are desinged to hold our DVDs in sleeves. One drawer can hold about 250 of my wife’s ‘80s chick flicks :). Finish is sprayed shellac for the mango and water based poly for the maple panels (didn’t want it to yellow as much).

Thanks for looking.

I really like the colour of the mango. The shellac seems to have darkened it. Very nice item.

Very nice cabinet. Those sqared pulls are real match to whole project.
