This was a quick project i made with my daughter. She was out in the garage with me and wanted to make a picture frame. I made the cuts, i showed her how to glue and pin nail it together. It was fun having her out working on something with me.

Well pat her on the back and keep her in your workshop with you and keep encouraging her. It’s a beautiful frame and she should be proud of it and you should be a proud dad.

That’s only matters, spend some quality time with your kid those days. Nice colour.

That one quick project is what started me down this path. So while you put money back for college – start a shop pot as well. She’ll love you for it. :-)

Great job Dad, now put a date on the back so you can look back on it in 50 years and smile all over again.

It turned out nicely and I’m sure that both of you enjoyed the project and the time that you spent together. Way to go, Dad, and welcome to Lumberjocks.

Thanks everyone. I enjoy having her in the garage with me. I have a 529 for her, maybe they have a tax free plan for future shop purchases, educational of course!
