There are a lot of turners out there making pens these days from kits. I make some also, but my interest is to make or re-make something that doesn’t come with assembly instructions. I started converting the famous Pentel Mechanical Pencil that comes with a plain plastic sleeve into something you just can’t buy in a store. This first one features Cross Cut Olive Wood and a CA finish. I’m posting 3 photos of the Olive Pencil to show how different it looks from different sides.
The second one and the more challenging project is Cross Cut Zebra Wood with a CA finish.
Hope you like them.
