These are some doors I made awhile back. The small squares were made for precut beveled glass pieces. the other leaded glass was all custom made. The main frames were joined with tennons and all the smaller joints were doweled (The Festool Domino wasn’t out yet). After the glass was in I made custom rabbeted trim had to be installed around each piece of glass. I havn’t been able to find the pics of the finished product in a while, I will post them when I do.

I made these for a custom door & stained glass shop. they had their own finisher, so I don’t know what he used. I have the pics somewhere, I recently moved and haven’t found them. I will post as soon as I find them.
