“Tales of a forest” hand carved wooden box.

Box material: linden (basswood).

Finish: Danish oil.

Technique: chip carving.

Box sizes:
Length: 16 cm (6,3”), width: 12,5 cm (4,92”), height: 7 cm (2,76”).

Tatiana, very nicely done. Do you design on the computer and then transfer to the box?
I like the variety of box shapes and carving patterns. Keep coming back.

Thank you very much! No, I don’t use computer in designing my patters, I draw them all on paper.

Beautiful work! I especially like how your carving complements the curved sides of the box. Or maybe the curved sides complement your carving. I can’t decide, but it’s definitely top notch. Wonderful!
