This is my first go at a sled and it has alot of limitations. Regardless of the changes i would make if i did it again it serves its purpose. Most importantly it provides stability and accuracy. For now i have to work on a small table saw and i was trying to build something that woulld alleviate some of the aquardness of a small table. It works really well crosscutting smaller pieces.

Nice addition to anyone table saw. If you have any play in the runners over at harbor freight they sell a tape called slick tape it will take out the play and lube the runner so they slide easier….Good luck and stay safe…Blkcherry

Great looking sled. Those things are truly useful. I have had three so far. Each new one has features that I wish the older ones had. They are quite fun to build. My next one will be quite elaborate.
Great job, thanks for sharing,

Agree with you, a sled is a must on a small table saw like yours and mine.
Now I’ve selected the sled design with only a rail in the blade side because I felt like it is best suited for table saw with small support in front of the blade.
Just my 2 cents.
