This is my first attempt at a box joint jig. So far it has worked nicely. Only thing i would do different is make the fence taller for support and as a means to get my fingers further from the bit. I think i am going to remedy this by adding a t-slot to the fence with a toggle clamp to hold my work piece firmly and i willl have no need to have fingers anywhere close to the bit.

I really like this. Can you explain how it is used?

I have always thought router table based box joint jigs were superior to table saw jigs. I have never used a router for box joints, but I have never liked the results when I used a tablesaw to make the joint.
Thanks again for sharing,

Yeah chris, it basically works like any box joint jig that i have come across. For an example of joint it can cut see my dominoe box. For explanation of how it is used you would be better off finding an illistrated explanation. Do a little research and if you are still not satisfied get back with me and will do my best to explain it. Or if you are really interested i guess i could take some pictures of it being used.
