Nice. Where did the hardware come from? I have a few chests in my future to make for the kids.

Good looking chest. What are you going to use it for?

I bought the hardware from Rocklers. The prices aren’t too bad, but the lock is a llittle cheap in the way of workmanship. The heavier hinges are worth it because the lid rests on the hinges to stay open. The lock is more for looks. I am giving the chest to my nieces nine year old son, Jacob, so he has a place of his own to keep things. (He has two older brothers and he may want to lock things up for safe keeping.)
It was a joy to make.

hat is such a great present of a kid Teri.
