Great job. Are those raised panels or is that just the look from the wood grain? Is the back plywood?

Great looking hutch. Bill, I think it’s the wood color that makes it look like raised panels. The middle photo doesn’t look like a raised panel is used. Craig knows best, though.

The sides are not panels. I would have prefered panels but my mil picked the design. The back is 1/2” solid oak, ship lapped.

How many coats of natural and then of polyurethane? Craig, you will see a theme here with my responses, I’m trying to improve my finishing techniques.
