It has been a very busy few months. I’ve been lurking around here every morning like I usually do, but, I haven’t been in the shop since June. Life has its way of throwing some curve balls at us every now n then. All is fine, so here is something I was able to do. These are a few different kits I’ve been wanting to get done. The 1st 2 are Oxford Rollerballs, the next 2 are Vertex Rollerball, and Fountain pens, and the last 2 are Art Deco Nouveau Sceptre Rollerball and Fountain pens. All are finished with CA glue that I’ve been experimenting with. All have 12 coats of thin CA, then polished w/2 coats of Hut Ultra Gloss. All kits are from PennState, and woods are some exotic, and some domestic. I do want to shout out to Jim Haslett for his video on doing this CA finish. Here is his link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BnjX3Zzr0SE. Thanks for checkin in. I appreciate the looks, and, as always, good/bad/ugly comments are always appreciated…........well cept for the ugly ones. :)

Good looking pens Roger – pretty sure I’ll never learn how to make pens, just gonna leave it to the experts

Very good, Roger!

I haven’t seen or used a Fountain Pen in YEARS / decades… Do they still LEAK and get your shirt pockets all INKED UP? :)

I like writing with a fountain pen…

Nice work as usual!

Great work Roger. Astounding finish on them. Hope none of that glue gets on your fingers.
