Commissioned marquetry work, traveling to Moscow :) ..

The motif is made of the best types of natural veneers: maple, Indian apple, madrona burl veneer.
Size: 50 H x 35 W x 1.2 cm

This work was a small a break from the ordered, very demanding marquetry applications for furniture.

I just saw this on facebook and came over to see if you had posted it here.
Very soulful and alive is how it strikes me. So many of your pieces evoke emotions in the viewer.
That of course is what makes them fine art.

Well done my friend

Beautiful as always, You really know how to make the grain in the wood work for you.

Terrific project Dusan! Really conveys a sense of movement, and technically executed with perfection. I’m sure it will find a very happy owner in Moscow!

Thank you all dear friend!
It is true, as my dear friends noticed me in my marquetry work extremely attracted and intrigued by emotion .. The vicious circle motif, beauty and luxuries wood texture (ie, veneer) and endless hours of work.
