This is a wall shelf (I guess that’s what you call it…) which was built for my daughter. She found a picture of one in a magazine, and we modified it a bit and made this one. It was fun to build, and I was able to complete it in time for her Christmas present. There is a dowel on the bottom for hanging linens etc.

Is that tongue and groove on the back? The rod on the bottom adds a nice touch. I like it!

Actually, the back is a wainscoting material (oak) that I purchased at Lowes.

I kind of followed the dimensions of the model we found, but it might have been better to have it a bit deeper.
