Whats the big deal my dads a contractor I work for him on the weekends. See baltimore city has a big problem with lead paint so any building built before 1970 must be painted every 5 years well this building is from 1920 so we got hired to paint it yea thats a screw driver

I meant that tis building is very old and it hasnt been painted in 5 years and the city told them if its not done by the end of may then we can fine you up to $1000 so its cheaper just to get viennas construction co to do it so they hired us. The building is cinder blocks and is 5 stirys high
