"THE WRANGLER" - Rocky Mountain Juniper

The last of my supply of Rocky Mountain Juniper is now on display as a western style boot. The powerful grain and colour has kept me from doing any texturing and detailing on the boot.
The boot is 9 inches in height and heel to toe length is 7 inches. So a lot of wood was consumed in this project. I’m glad it is finished!
Several coats of wipe-on poly is the finish.
Enjoy!
Roman, the Bootman!

Another beauty Roman, I see this is a two piece upper, guess that would allow you to get a really nice thin leg section, lovely grain make this one stand out great
cheers

I really like that.
Great job and thanks for sharing.

-- Bob, Western Australia, The Sun came up this morning, what a great start to the day. Now it's up to me to make it even better. I've cut this piece of wood 4 times and it's still too damn short.
