Project by Joe Watson posted 182 days ago 287 views 1 time favorited 4 comments Add to Favorites Watch

My wifes sister in law asked if i could build my wife and my nephew a nightstand. when i was at home depot i spotted acouple of 2×6’s in the cut off bin and made a table with a drawer. the table is construction grade fir or pine with milk paint painted on. the paint i used is the general finishes milk paint. it dries really fast.

pretty nice table…

I do have a little Critique thou…

I’m not really much on Paint.. Any paint for that matter… but the paint job looks great.. it’s not that thou, it’s the handle… I think the Drawer Handle is sligntly out of place… It seems to be big enough that in my opinion more of the Focal point.

When I Look at it, I see more the Handle cause it stands out more.. Instead of the The nice table top and the Camber or the legs…

All in all, I really like the table, you did a very good job on it…

Thanks for sharing.

Nice job Joe. The paint works for me on a small table like that made from pine.
