My first BS box. Made for a friend who wanted to retain the natural look and scent of Tennessee Cedar. Hence no finishing products.

Another nice BS box. Not sure if you are a fan of the sanding needed for these boxes, but you have found you knack. I for one like the sanding and shaping time..it’s when I can really see the shape come together. No finish. Would like to see it in a year of what color it turns.

Very nice flowing cut lines & segmented drawer is a added benefit!

Have to say my favorite part is the sanding and sculpting the wood. Love working with the cedar on some of the flowing BS designs that are out there. Have a few more projects on the go to highlight this wood.

“favorite part is sanding…” do you indulge in adult beverages…
Only thing I have found is that it goes faster if I am playing blue grass banjo music when I’m hand sanding!

Music and a cold brewskie helps with hand sanding.

Have your say...
