Made this as a birthday present for the boyfriend.
Made of pine about 6’tall, 2’deep 4’wide.
Holds 10 guns and hangs one bow OR holds 15 guns (deep enough for scopes) (last 5 barrel rests just lift out and there’s a padded hook to hang your bow on if you’d rather put a bow in there instead of the extra 5 guns)
Rubber barrel rests (no felt since felt can hold water and water=rust)
Magnetized barrel rests so no guns can ever tip over
Auto shut off light.
Storage in bottom part with shelf.

there are locking doors that I just never put on, maybe one day. And the trim was ment to get resecured on the bottom after he moves.

This was maybe the third thing I ever built. Had 3 weeks to get it all done before his birthday (part of the reason it didn’t get its doors put on) but I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.

Nice build, especially for just starting out. Welcome to lumberjocks, you can get a lot of good advice on here, so feel free to throw questions out to the forum, the craftsmen on here are great about helping each other out.
