This idea comes from a forgotten web site vid. This is made from 4×8 foil insulation board. I used a ridged core and 1” thick. 3 pieces are laid on the ground; thin wood strips on the edges to add more stability, 3” Gorilla tape on the seams both sides. I left a gap (it will vary on your design) so it will fold up. 1 Piece for the top. The center has a removable filter in the front and another filter behind it. In the rear is the fan, and I used adhesive to seal it in. I have used this rig for 6 months and the filtration works great. The booth can be expanded with clear plastic and PVC- just use your creativity. The floor covering; many options but I am using a rolled construction paper and Gorilla taped. I also have a drop cloth to expand the floor are on bigger projects. Costs for 4 insulation boards, fan, adhesive and tape $100 – 120

Very nice. I used the plastic sheet on PVC but it looks to be less rigid than your design. It serves the purpose well – which is the point. Thanks for sharing.
