Some of you have been asking what I’ve been up to, well this is it. I’ve been busy developing a unique way to make dadoes. The best way to describe it is by video, but WARNING it is a commercial site, so please don’t say I’m spamming you.

That’s fantastic. Doesn’t get any simpler than that. I think the only thing I’d add, would be a little bit of sandpaper on the tips of the hold-downs to be sure of no slippage. Just my first thoughts. Still, fantastic fabrication.

Great looking jig. I was wondering how much wear on the blade teeth by going back and forth cutting it out.
