I really like the arts and crafts movement. Maybe because it’s mostly right angles. Pegging things together has a great feel and I love dark grained poplar.

Very very attractive mail box indeed that causes the postman to make frequent visit though no mail to drop in.

Fantastic looking mailbox. I’m like Thomas, as I have never seen polar that dark either. But it looks fabulous.

Great box. love the design.
That is some mighty nice poplar. I have seen poplar in green, lavender, tan, brown ond almost white, but the good colored areas are all very small. ( my dragonfly had lavender wings.) Have never seen poplar at homedepot with this much color. Great score on the lumber.
Keep up the fantastic designs.

Excellent! I have run into some really nice wood at Lowe’s and HD. You have to look but you can find it.
Nicely done project!

Now that is a great idea. I should make a mailbox for me and my neighbor. The snow plows have pretty much made it a priority.

This is really good looking mailbox, if I were the postman, I will just remember your house by the look of this mailbox.
