Visit my Etsy store to see the available wine bottle stoppers
Project Description
Building these stoppers have been a lot of fun for me. Each design element allows for a number of alternatives by using different species of wood or in this case reversing the design pattern of stopper #5. Considering that each stopper takes 3+ hours to build and turn, I enjoy knowing that no two are the same.
- Total pieces: 121
- Primary wood: Jatoba (Brazilian Cherry)
- Secondary wood: Red Leaf Maple
- Cap: Sapele
- Dimensions: 2-1/8” tall, 1” diameter
- Finish: CA/BLO
Other segmented wine bottle stoppers I have created and posted here at Lumberjocks
