Needed more filtration in my garage. One on each side of the garage promoting a circle of movement. Took a dual window fan, removed the grate on the back side of the fan. Made a box to fit the fan and a 10×20 filter in and put the grate on the outside of the back of the box. Mounted the fan on end with the opening for the removal of the filter on the bottom. Fan is screwed/mounted on 1/4 aluminum angle which in turn is screwed into studs. Angle was cut allow removal of the filter without having to remove the fan from the mounting bracket. At a 1/4 inch, the fan is not going anywhere. Metal bracket on top keeps fan in place. Its not powerful, but it was an extra fan and coupled with extra wood, so…....
