I had a client ask me to make a toy chest with art i said no problem. I usually use reclaimed wood but she requested new wood. This is a simple toy chest. i wanted to make it more complex but she wanted bare min to maximize toy space.

Awesome toy box! And the tree looks awesome too. Is that a screen door thingamabob(sorry, couldn’t think of the name right off) you’re using for the soft close part?

Thanks for posting – did you just free-hand the tree or is some sort of template or something? Making dust is easy for me, but drawing – that is fear inducing!
