from oak tree log … not my idea, I found photos on the internet and I liked … left me a lot of waste and I hate to throw away rubbish … so I made one more picture ..

Those are cool, what did you use for backing and adhering them, wood glue and plywood? I’ve been wanting to do something similar just haven’t got around to it, cut up a bunch of small limb pieces, not a fan of cutting round things though, can catch and have oh poop moments that aren’t safe.

Thanks for your comments …to Gixxerjoe04- is it glued and screwed with 1,5mm screws to 6 mm plywood and when it hung on with french cleat system i think 6mm is enough … I am sliced trunk with a chainsaw I like rough surfaces , then making on band saw the squares, ... last image is from waste + making a frame from barked waste too …
