Saw this joint in FW and loved it, called Kane Tsugi. So made a Mirror Frame from Cherry and fitted Rosewood Pegs. It difficult to photograph with a mirror inserted so only took close up of the joint after fitting it. Took lots of pictures of the making process if anyone is interested?
