Linen Cabinet

That looks great! What type of wood is that? Are the door panels carved wood or is that some other material; I can’t tell from the pictures. Either way, I like it.

The wood is oak, my wife likes very dark finishes so I tinkered with stains and colored poly to get the finish. The inserts are cast iron wall hangings that I found at Kirklands. I actually incorporated the frames they came in into the doors.

Outstanding piece. I’m also partial to darker stains and this finish is really beautiful, very Mahogany like.
