I am re-doing my garage to try utilize my space better. I built this station that allows me to have my drill press and Mitre saw mounted on the same stand. I can rotate the top to use whatever tool I need. It swivels on 1” Oak Dowel and locks into place with eyebolts and T-Turns. I got the plan from woodsmith.com I REALLY like it and i am going to use more of there plans for small shop solutions..

Those are my two most used tools in my shop, I would have to mount something else or I would be constantly flipping. Perhaps my band saw and my scroll saw.

Thanks for posting.

Doesnt all the blood rush to the head of your drill press when it is flipped?

Now that’s some serious space-saving. Great idea.
