Today we delivered the toybox I have been blogging about. The recipient is my eldest daughter’s godson and one beautiful little boy. His family was one of the fire storm victims in San Diego 2yrs ago when their house burned down. They recently moved into the new house and were in need of a toybox for all of Landon’s toys. He wasn’t quite sure what to make of it but I know the gift was very appreciated by the family.

That’s beautiful. I’m sure, as the years pass – he will appreciate it as much as the family does.

Beautiful job. Very nice lines and looks sturdy enough to hold up through a growing childs years.
Great job. Keep it up.

Thank you all for the kind comments. If you followed the blog you would have seen that there were several times I wanted to put a match to it and start all over. Of course I didn’t point out all the errors I made along the way, but I did learn more again, as I always do with each new project. I will definitley do several things differently on the next toybox, but isn’t that how it always goes ;o)
Thanks again.
